Spring Concert Series
For the past five years, Team Steve & Lesley have proudly sponsored our marquee annual spring concert, bringing in national touring cover bands. Attended by around 400 neighbors, this community tradition features a huge VIP tent, delicious food and plenty of adult beverages.

Golf & Country Club Living
Hit the greens through numerous golf tournaments and active men’s and women’s leagues. After a round, relax at the spacious newer main Tiki hut or one of the smaller private Tiki huts around the course.

Burnt Store Marina is the largest deep-water marina on Florida’s west coast. Charlotte Harbor and barrier islands such as Boca Grande and Captiva help create a calmer boating experience with easy access to Gulf waters.

- Boating for everyone: You do not need to own a vessel to enjoy the lifestyle. Freedom Boat Club operates at the marina, and additional boat rentals, charters and marine businesses are available on-site.
